After officially launched to the USA market, now Motorola officially released the Motorola Droid RAZR European version using codename the Motorola RAZR.
Motorola RAZR is one of the thinnest Android smartphone’s body that exists today,with only 7.1mm thickness. In addition to the RAZR thin it also equipped with super-sized 4.3-inch screen QHD AMOLED Advance with a resolution of 9960x540 pixels. Interestingly the Motorola Super AMOLED technology is generating efficiencies of up to 25% compared to the super AMOLED screen that is used on the Samsung Galaxy SII.
For computing systems, RAZR supported OMAP 4430 chipset with dualcore processor 1.2 GHz Cortex-A9 as well as 1GB of RAM. RAZR brings Gingerbread 2.3.5 Android platform, but the motorola itself will provide updates to Ice Cream Sandwich which will be announced in Q1 or Q2 2012.
Currently the Motorola RAZR has been shipped to the UK and will arrive within the next few weeks. In the UK RAZR will be released without the exclusivity of the operator, so thatusers can choose freely operators.
Unfortunately there has been no official statement from Motorola RAZR whether going onto circulate the global markets including Asia and others.
